Shipping policy

 

 Every piece leaves us from the Sunshine Coast, carried onward with the same care it was made with. Here is what to expect along the way.

Dispatch

- Orders are dispatched from our Sunshine Coast warehouse within 2–4 business days.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery country and the weight and size of your parcel. Complimentary Standard shipping is extended to orders of $200 and over for domestic parcels and over $300 for international parcels, excluding import duties and taxes. Please note that all duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer upon arrival of your order. 

- During periods of higher volume (promotions, sales, the lead-up to Christmas) or across holidays, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer than usual. We ask for your patience; each order is still handled with the same attention regardless of the season.

- Once an order has been placed, we're unable to make changes to it: this includes sizing amendments and address updates. If your order has already been processed and you'd like to arrange a return, please write to us at returns@ad-rem.co.

- Express and Standard shipping timeframes begin once your order is collected by the courier. Express shipping affects the speed of the journey, not the time it takes us to prepare your order for dispatch.

Delivery

- Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link, so you can follow its progress.

- For international orders that cannot be delivered because the recipient could not be reached, and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued less an $80 AUD return shipping fee.

- If a parcel is returned to us following a failed delivery attempt, any additional shipping and import fees incurred will be passed on to the receiver where applicable. Refunds in these cases are issued less any freight, customs duties, taxes, and fees already incurred in the return. Should you wish for the order to be re-sent, this will incur a further shipping cost.

Pre-Order

- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, everything will be shipped together once all items are ready. Should you prefer your in-stock pieces sooner, we'd suggest placing two separate orders.
